山西海豐鋁業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司（簡(jiǎn)稱海豐鋁業(yè)）地處山西省西南部，位于晉、秦、豫“黃河金三角”區(qū)域中心的永濟(jì)市。公司占地總面積426688余平方米，建筑面積80000余平方米，總資產(chǎn)達(dá)5億元，擁有一支技術(shù)力量雄厚的職工隊(duì)伍，具有年產(chǎn)5萬(wàn)噸的電泳涂漆、粉末噴涂、木紋轉(zhuǎn)印、隔熱斷橋、幕墻及工業(yè)型材的鋁型材生產(chǎn)能力。

公司現(xiàn)有660噸、880噸、1100噸、1450噸、1800噸、3600噸多臺(tái)套鋁型材擠壓生產(chǎn)線，可擠壓各種門窗型材、幕墻、多孔管材及特大工業(yè)型材，產(chǎn)品涵蓋各大小斷面。鑄錠加熱爐全部采用長(zhǎng)棒加熱帶剪裝置，顯著提高生產(chǎn)能力。

公司擁有的氧化、著色、電泳整流設(shè)備電壓曲線平穩(wěn)，氧化膜、電泳漆復(fù)合膜厚度均勻、平面光滑、亮麗、平整、硬度高、耐磨性好，電腦自動(dòng)對(duì)色、自動(dòng)補(bǔ)充槽液，實(shí)現(xiàn)*、高品質(zhì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)。

公司擁有的彩色噴涂設(shè)備，全部采用國(guó)家技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，優(yōu)質(zhì)的原材料和嚴(yán)格的工藝控制，使噴涂產(chǎn)品的耐酸雨、耐堿度高，顏色款式豐富，色澤一致，膜厚均勻。

Haifeng Shanxi Aluminum Co., Ltd. (Haifeng aluminum) lies in the southwest of Shanxi Province, located in Jin, Qin, Yu "Yellow Golden Triangle" area centered Yongji. 一、10萬(wàn)噸/年鋁鎂合金深加工項(xiàng)目

2010年我公司新建10萬(wàn)噸/年鋁鎂合金深加工項(xiàng)目，經(jīng)山西省發(fā)改委晉發(fā)改備案〔2009〕262號(hào)文批準(zhǔn)立項(xiàng)，山西省環(huán)境保護(hù)廳晉環(huán)函〔2010〕480 號(hào)文批復(fù)后，一期建設(shè)工程中的部分生產(chǎn)設(shè)施及天然氣調(diào)壓站、廢水處理站等，已于2012年3月底完成。

在省發(fā)改委備案的10萬(wàn)噸/年鋁鎂合金深加工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的部分生產(chǎn)裝置有：熔鑄爐、保溫爐、退火爐、擠壓機(jī)、時(shí)效爐、氧化槽、噴粉房、固化爐、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)等。項(xiàng)目所需的新鮮水由永濟(jì)市合瑞水務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司供應(yīng)，純水由公司的純水系統(tǒng)提供。

項(xiàng)目建設(shè)期間，我們嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行了環(huán)境“三同時(shí)”制度和環(huán)評(píng)批復(fù)的要求。熔鑄爐、保溫爐、退火爐，均以天然氣為燃料；對(duì)熔鋁爐爐門安裝了集氣罩和引風(fēng)管道，將煙氣捕集后送入堿液洗滌塔進(jìn)行噴淋吸收；擠壓冷卻水采用循環(huán)裝置二次利用；氧化電泳采用離子交換法，氧化封孔采用常溫封孔，氧化著色采用硫酸著色，氧化電泳產(chǎn)生的污水由公司污水站回收后，全部送永濟(jì)市污水處理廠進(jìn)行處理；固化爐燃料為天然氣；熔鑄爐產(chǎn)生的爐渣嚴(yán)格按環(huán)境影響報(bào)告書(shū)要求執(zhí)行。截止目前，所有設(shè)備已正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

二、年產(chǎn)1萬(wàn)噸汽車配件項(xiàng)目

“十二五”期間，公司在確保年產(chǎn)鋁棒（錠）10萬(wàn)噸、工業(yè)及民用建筑型材5萬(wàn)噸產(chǎn)能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模基礎(chǔ)上，再建設(shè)年產(chǎn)汽車配件1萬(wàn)噸、鋁板箔1萬(wàn)噸項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目符合國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策，產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好，對(duì)山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整及轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展將會(huì)起到積極的作用，目前該項(xiàng)目各項(xiàng)手續(xù)齊全，正在實(shí)施過(guò)程中。

項(xiàng)目采用自主研發(fā)的先進(jìn)成熟技術(shù)，建設(shè)年產(chǎn)1萬(wàn)噸*、大中型汽車用鋁鑄件。主要設(shè)備有熔煉爐、低壓鑄造機(jī)、旋壓機(jī)組、CNC數(shù)控車床、立式加工中心、X射線檢測(cè)機(jī)、表面涂裝機(jī)、數(shù)控光亮機(jī)床等50余臺(tái)套。

項(xiàng)目建成投產(chǎn)后，預(yù)計(jì)年新增銷售收入64100萬(wàn)元，實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)總額3560萬(wàn)元，上繳稅金2432萬(wàn)元，具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。另外，項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施還帶來(lái)可觀的社會(huì)效益，如提供部分人員就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、帶動(dòng)當(dāng)?shù)叵嚓P(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等。目前該項(xiàng)目已在省經(jīng)信委備案，環(huán)境預(yù)評(píng)價(jià)已完成，新征土地手續(xù)齊全，項(xiàng)目資金已到位，項(xiàng)目各項(xiàng)開(kāi)工條件完備并已開(kāi)始實(shí)施。

三、年產(chǎn)3萬(wàn)噸特種鋁合金基材項(xiàng)目

山西海豐鋁業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司經(jīng)過(guò)認(rèn)真細(xì)致的市場(chǎng)調(diào)研，認(rèn)為利用華圣鋁業(yè)鋁液資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，采用成熟先進(jìn)技術(shù)建設(shè)3萬(wàn)噸/年特種鋁合金基材生產(chǎn)裝置，產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)前景廣闊（部分產(chǎn)品出口國(guó)外），競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)，項(xiàng)目符合國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策，符合山西省2012年外經(jīng)貿(mào)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展促進(jìn)項(xiàng)目申報(bào)指南中第九項(xiàng)“其它有利于促進(jìn)本地區(qū)外經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的項(xiàng)目”的規(guī)定要求。

項(xiàng)目采用國(guó)內(nèi)成熟先進(jìn)的鑄棒技術(shù)和國(guó)外先進(jìn)的檢測(cè)技術(shù)，建設(shè)“3萬(wàn)噸/年特種鋁合金基材”生產(chǎn)裝置。主要設(shè)備有：20噸熔鋁爐、5噸熔鋁爐、保溫爐、熔體在線處理系統(tǒng)、連續(xù)鑄造機(jī)、均質(zhì)爐、車鏜機(jī)組，鋸切機(jī)、進(jìn)口光譜儀、橋式起重機(jī)等共20余臺(tái)套。項(xiàng)目新增建筑面積8200M2。

該項(xiàng)目預(yù)計(jì)年實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售收入5.4億元（其中出口創(chuàng)匯2848萬(wàn)美元），新增稅收900萬(wàn)元，利潤(rùn)總額1800萬(wàn)元，經(jīng)濟(jì)效益良好，同時(shí)提供就業(yè)崗位70余人。
