2010年我公司新建10萬噸/年鋁鎂合金深加工項目，經(jīng)山西省發(fā)改委晉發(fā)改備案〔2009〕262號文批準(zhǔn)立項，山西省環(huán)境保護廳晉環(huán)函〔2010〕480 號文批復(fù)后，一期建設(shè)工程中的部分生產(chǎn)設(shè)施及天然氣調(diào)壓站、廢水處理站等，已于2012年3月底完成。
在省發(fā)改委備案的10萬噸/年鋁鎂合金深加工建設(shè)項目中的部分生產(chǎn)裝置有：熔鑄爐、保溫爐、退火爐、擠壓機、時效爐、氧化槽、噴粉房、固化爐、循環(huán)水系統(tǒng)等。項目所需的新鮮水由永濟市合瑞水務(wù)開發(fā)有限公司供應(yīng)，純水由公司的純水系統(tǒng)提供。
項目建設(shè)期間，我們嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行了環(huán)境“三同時”制度和環(huán)評批復(fù)的要求。熔鑄爐、保溫爐、退火爐，均以天然氣為燃料；對熔鋁爐爐門安裝了集氣罩和引風(fēng)管道，將煙氣捕集后送入堿液洗滌塔進行噴淋吸收；擠壓冷卻水采用循環(huán)裝置二次利用；氧化電泳采用離子交換法，氧化封孔采用常溫封孔，氧化著色采用硫酸著色，氧化電泳產(chǎn)生的污水由公司污水站回收后，全部送永濟市污水處理廠進行處理；固化爐燃料為天然氣；熔鑄爐產(chǎn)生的爐渣嚴(yán)格按環(huán)境影響報告書要求執(zhí)行。截止目前，所有設(shè)備已正常運轉(zhuǎn)。
二、年產(chǎn)1萬噸汽車配件項目
“十二五”期間，公司在確保年產(chǎn)鋁棒（錠）10萬噸、工業(yè)及民用建筑型材5萬噸產(chǎn)能達到設(shè)計規(guī)?；A(chǔ)上，再建設(shè)年產(chǎn)汽車配件1萬噸、鋁板箔1萬噸項目。該項目符合國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策，產(chǎn)品市場競爭力強，經(jīng)濟效益好，對山西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整及轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展將會起到積極的作用，目前該項目各項手續(xù)齊全，正在實施過程中。
項目采用自主研發(fā)的先進成熟技術(shù)，建設(shè)年產(chǎn)1萬噸*、大中型汽車用鋁鑄件。主要設(shè)備有熔煉爐、低壓鑄造機、旋壓機組、CNC數(shù)控車床、立式加工中心、X射線檢測機、表面涂裝機、數(shù)控光亮機床等50余臺套。
項目建成投產(chǎn)后，預(yù)計年新增銷售收入64100萬元，實現(xiàn)利潤總額3560萬元，上繳稅金2432萬元，具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益。另外，項目的實施還帶來可觀的社會效益，如提供部分人員就業(yè)機會、帶動當(dāng)?shù)叵嚓P(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、促進地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展等。目前該項目已在省經(jīng)信委備案，環(huán)境預(yù)評價已完成，新征土地手續(xù)齊全，項目資金已到位，項目各項開工條件完備并已開始實施。
